“No microwave in the room. Toilet seat was broken. No instruction for the TV how to operate the remote to get the channels. Long wait for the elevator and only one elevator in use.”

“The room we stayed in had a broken toilet that wouldn’t flush and lights that didn’t work. Next time, please have the room maintenanced before allowing guests in to ensure everything is operational, especially a toilet. Other than the initial man who checked us in —who wasn’t pleasant and who talked too low for us older folks to hear him—the rest of the desk workers (2 women) were wonderful, 1 yesterday and 1 today. The breakfast was very good but I’m unsure if we would stay here again.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights, visiting family in the area. The hotel location was great. Breakfast each morning was great. The staff was kind and welcoming. It was unfortunate that the pool was not ready for use. But the rooms were big and spacious for our family and they were able to provide a pack and play for our little one. We would definitely stay again. The manager and receptionist were attentive and kind!”

“We had two different times that we had the fire alarm go off and had to exit the hotel why we were there. Then we also had a couple times that people knocked on our door in the middle of the night.”

“I was disappointed with the breakfast options which were exactly the same both mornings made it feel repetitive and lacking of variety. On top of that,gues weren't allowed to take breakfast back to their rooms.”
